Tailored Trends is our library of previously designed home plans created by architect Michael Buss. In general, we have found that we work with two types of clients. The first require the services of an architect to design a custom home to express their wishes.

The second type is for whom this search area was created. You may not have specific site requirements or need to design a custom home, but still desire a quality plan and the attention to detail that only an architect can provide.

Purchasing a previously designed plan is an alternative to designing a custom home from concept to completion. The plans offered can be used as a starting point and adjusted for your needs or purchased as is often referred to as a stock plan. In most cases the client will want some modification.
